Position – Zonal Marketing Manager  (East Region) 


He/she will be responsible for overall marketing strategy of offline programs,targeting prospect students and parents for a particular region.

1. Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:
 Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote NEET, JEE
and PNCF classroom programs.
 Identify target audiences and develop strategies to reach and engage them
effectively.
 Monitor and analyze market trends to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

2. Lead Generation and Enrollment Targets:
 Set and achieve lead generation and enrollment targets for each program.
 Utilize various marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media,
email campaigns, and offline activities, to generate leads.
 Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to
meet enrollment goals.

3. Brand Management and Promotion:
Develop and execute brand promotion plans, ensure brand consistency, and
maintain brand reputation within the zone.

4. Channel Management and Partnerships:
 Build and maintain relationships with schools, educational institutions, and
other relevant partners to promote our programs.
 Plan and execute events, webinars, and seminars to promote classroom
programs.
 Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with overall business
objectives.

Qualifications:
 MBA in Marketing.
 Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the education
sector.
 Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and enrollment
strategies.
 Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to work in fast paced ambiguous environment.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
