Key responsibilities
 Lead & Inspire: Manage and mentor a team of copywriters to produce high-impact content
across digital and print platforms.
 Strategize & Execute: Develop content strategies for performance marketing, CRM, and
landing pages that drive engagement and conversion.
 Craft Persuasive Copy: Write and review compelling, conversion-driven copy for ads, landing
pages, CRM campaigns, and social media.
 Own the Brand Voice: Define and evolve ALLEN's tone of voice across all communication
touchpoints.
 Drive Impact: Collaborate with brand, design, social, performance, and CRM teams to create
and execute end-to-end campaigns.
 Tell Stories That Matter: Champion storytelling that is authentic, emotionally resonant, and
culturally relevant, especially for Tier 2/3 audiences.
 Transform the Team: Build a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement
within the content team.
 Support ATL/BTL Campaigns: Contribute to print media assets, including brochures, flyers,
newspaper inserts, and more.
 Measure & Optimize: Track performance metrics, analyse content effectiveness, and stay
ahead of trends in digital and educational marketing.

Qualifications & skills
 8-10 years of experience in content leadership and copywriting — preferably in Edtech, D2C,
or consumer brands. Past agency experience is an add-on.
 Exceptional command of English and Hindi (written and spoken).
 Demonstrated experience in social media content planning and execution across platforms
like Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
 Proven success in print media and offline campaigns.
 Familiarity with performance marketing and CRM content.
 A natural leader who can inspire creativity and deliver under tight deadlines.
 A strategic thinker with a sharp eye for detail, storytelling, and cultural relevance.
