Job Summary
The HR supports business leaders by aligning HR practices with organizational goals. The role focuses on employee relations, talent management, performance management, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with managers to support workforce planning and business objectives
- Provide HR guidance on policies, employee relations, and performance management
- Support hiring plans, onboarding, and talent development initiatives
- Assist in resolving employee concerns and promote a positive work culture
- Implement HR policies and ensure statutory and policy compliance
- Maintain employee records and support HR reporting and analytics
- Assist in organizing training, faculty development, and engagement programs
- Support payroll coordination and statutory documentation
Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws applicable to educational institutions
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good organizational and documentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS
Qualifications

Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
Experience

2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in an educational institution or service sector.
