Responsibilities:

Be the execution and improvement layer between the product and other ops teams

Work with the product team on UATs and execute comprehensive onboarding and training programs for new and existing teachers/ administrators ensuring a smooth transition to our product. Build and maintain SOPs for the same.

Derive insights, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build the product backlog on iterations and improvements

Operationalization and maintenance of processes to supplement the operations and academic teams

Maintain communication channels between center heads, administrators, and the central product/ ops teams

Prepare and run regular reports on operational metrics
Requirements:

2+ years of experience in ops and coordination roles

Can work independently and take ownership

Ability to understand the product/ configs available and articulate/ train teams on new features

Build strong relations with stakeholders and solve operational issues

Hands-on experience with Excel and G-suite
-
Ability to draw insights and articulate related success and pain points
