Responsibilities:

• Be the execution and improvement layer between the product and other ops teams 

• Work with the product team on UATs and execute comprehensive onboarding and training programs for new and existing teachers/ administrators ensuring a smooth transition to our product. Build and maintain SOPs for the same. 

• Derive insights, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build the product backlog on iterations and improvements 

• Operationalization and maintenance of processes to supplement the operations and academic teams

• Maintain communication channels between center heads, administrators, and the central product/ ops teams 

• Prepare and run regular reports on operational metrics 

Requirements: 

• 2+ years of experience in ops and coordination roles

• Can work independently and take ownership 

• Ability to understand the product/ configs available and articulate/ train teams on new features 

• Build strong relations with stakeholders and solve operational issues 

• Hands-on experience with Excel and G-suite

• Ability to draw insights and articulate related success and pain points
