Job Overview:
We are seeking a Content Strategy and Copywriter Lead with robust agency experience to drive the creation of engaging and strategic content across all marketing platforms. This role requires mastery in Hindi and English, with responsibilities that encompass creative conceptualization, copywriting, maintaining brand tone, and proofreading.
Who You Are:
- Creative Conceptualizer: Skilled in developing innovative and engaging concepts that resonate with the target audience, enhancing brand messaging and campaign effectiveness.
- Skilled Copywriter: Proficient in crafting clear, concise, and compelling copy across various mediums such as digital ads, websites, and social media posts.
- Brand Voice Guardian: Expert in maintaining consistency in brand voice and tone across all communication channels, ensuring cohesive brand identity.
- Detail-Oriented Editor: Meticulous in proofreading and editing copy to uphold grammatical accuracy, clarity, and consistency, reflecting positively on the brand.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Creative Development: Lead the conceptualization and implementation of advertising campaigns and content strategies that align with brand objectives.
- Copy Production: Create persuasive and targeted copy for a range of platforms, ensuring messages are tailored to audience demographics and behaviors.
- Brand Consistency: Monitor and adjust the communication to maintain the brand’s voice and tone across all outputs.
- Editing and Proofing: Review and refine content to guarantee high-quality standards are met across all marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy Execution: Develop and execute creative strategies that effectively convey the brand’s message and engage the intended audience.
- Collaborative Content Creation: Work closely with designers and marketers to brainstorm ideas, refine messages, and produce coherent campaign materials.
- SEO Optimization: Integrate SEO best practices into content creation to enhance visibility and search engine ranking.
- Content Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough proofreading and editing to ensure error-free and impactful content.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 7-9 years in copywriting and content strategy, preferably within a digital marketing or advertising agency setting.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory, with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital advertising tools like Google AdWords and Facebook Ads Manager, with a strong understanding of SEO principles.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Additional Requirements:
- Portfolio Review: Candidates must present a portfolio that demonstrates their ability to conceptualize and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns.
- Assignment: A practical assignment may be given during the interview process to evaluate the candidate’s creative and technical skills.
