Role:
Allen Digital is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to drive the adoption of the Allen App among existing Allen Offline & Online students. In this IC role, the individual will work closely with the Product team to increase the frequency with which students use the app and time spent on the app.
Key Responsibilities:
- Student & Faculty Insights: Garner a deep understanding of the student's and faculty's experience with the app to identify areas of improvement and tailor communication.
- Value Proposition: Collaborate with the Product team to craft sharp consumer value propositions for specific features and app experiences.
- Marketing Communication Plans: Develop marketing plans to maximise awareness of new feature launches and app enhancements to increase adoption among existing Allen students.
- Faculty Advocacy: Develop and implement strategies to support faculty members in becoming champions of the Allen app.
Content Creation: Partner with the content & creative team to create engaging marketing communication and assets that deliver the consumer value proposition impactfully. - Campaign Execution: Identify channels to deliver communication effectively.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key adoption metrics and adapt communication plans to address gaps and opportunities.
- Feedback Loop: Establish mechanisms for collecting and analyzing student & faculty feedback to continuously improve adoption and address any barriers to increased usage.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proven track record of developing and executing strategies that drive product usage and customer satisfaction.

Creative problem-solver with a proactive approach to driving customer engagement and product adoption.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to inform marketing strategies.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects concurrently.

Comfortable speaking in English and Hindi.

Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Qualifications:

MBA with 6-8 years of experience in Product Marketing.

Primary experience in Consumer Tech companies.
