Responsibilities:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Marketing Manager to drive the success of our offline programs in the West region(Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Chhattisgarh).

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns in the education sector. You will play a crucial role in generating leads, driving enrollments, and building brand awareness within your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:

  • Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote NEET, JEE, and PNCF classroom programs.
  • Identify target audiences (students and parents) and develop strategies to effectively reach and engage them.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

 

Lead Generation and Enrollment Targets:

  • Set and achieve ambitious lead generation and enrollment targets for each program.
  • Utilize a diverse range of marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, offline activities (e.g., seminars, workshops, school visits), and public relations to generate high-quality leads.
  • Track, measure, and analyze the performance of all marketing campaigns to optimize ROI and achieve enrollment goals.

 

Brand Management and Promotion:

  • Develop and execute brand promotion plans to enhance brand visibility and strengthen brand reputation within the region.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.

 

Channel Management and Partnerships:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, educational institutions, and other relevant partners to expand program reach and generate referrals.
  • Plan and execute engaging events (webinars, seminars, workshops) to showcase our programs and attract prospective students.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams (sales, operations, academic) to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

 

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing management, with a strong preference for experience in the education sector.
  • Prior experience in regional roles, ideally with a proven track record of success in managing marketing activities across multiple states.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing principles, lead generation strategies, and enrollment optimization techniques.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and sometimes ambiguous environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.
