About the Role:

Allen Online is hiring experienced JEE Subject Matter Experts in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics to contribute to our academic content development initiatives. You will play a key role in designing high-impact learning materials that help students succeed in India’s most competitive engineering entrance exams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and enhance academic content aligned with the latest JEE Main & Advanced syllabus and trends

• Develop high-quality problem sets, step-by-step solutions, and conceptual notes to improve conceptual clarity and exam readiness

• Review, refine, and update existing content to maintain accuracy, engagement, and pedagogical value

• Collaborate with academic and digital content teams to ensure consistency and delivery excellence

• Provide clear, detailed, and student-friendly explanations for complex topics

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in content development or teaching for JEE

Required Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of the JEE syllabus, question patterns, and examination trends

• Ability to create engaging, error-free, and logically structured academic content

• Excellent written communication and content structuring skills

• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms (e.g., LaTeX, Canva, GeoGebra, Desmos, ChatGPT, etc.) is preferred

• Prior experience in curriculum or study material development is highly desirable
