About the Role

Allen Digital is looking for a dynamic Tech TA to join our Talent Acquisition team in Bangalore. In this role, you will manage end-to-end hiring for technology roles, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while closely partnering with hiring managers. You’ll drive sourcing strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and contribute to recruitment process improvements.


Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Technical Hiring Expertise: Lead recruitment for roles in Engineering (Backend, Frontend, DevOps, SDE I/II/III, Staff Engineers), Product, and Analytics.
  • Talent Sourcing: Build and maintain strong pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, employee referrals, and direct sourcing methods.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers, interview panels, and leadership teams to align hiring plans with business needs.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure timely communication, seamless interview scheduling, and a positive hiring journey for all candidates.
  • Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of tech hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor insights to fine-tune recruitment strategies.
  • Process Improvement: Drive improvements in hiring efficiency through data-driven insights, ATS utilization (e.g., Trakstar, Greenhouse, Lever), and recruitment best practices.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 6–8 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in internet/technology companies or startups.
  • Technical Hiring Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development roles, technology stacks, and current industry trends.
  • Sourcing Expertise: Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools.
  • Stakeholder & Negotiation Skills: Ability to effectively engage with hiring managers and close offers competitively.
  • Process-Oriented: Experience working with ATS systems and tracking key recruitment metrics.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
