Role:

The Area manger - Admission for Allen Online provides tailored consultations to students and parents, identifying their educational needs to enhance academic outcomes. This role focuses on building relationships and offering solutions that effectively support students in achieving their academic goals.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of admissions officers and ensure achievement of enrolments and sales targets
  • Coach and train the team to enhance the experience of students and parents engaging with Allen and ensure the success of defined business initiatives
  • Build and monitor a pipeline of new/qualified leads and ensure a healthy conversion rate to admissions
  • Collaborate with the business leadership team to develop the strategy, processes, and KPIs to achieve the organisation's goals
  • Conduct regular business analysis, market assessment and growth opportunities identification
  • Develop new business opportunities to meet team targets by liaising with school administration, tuition teachers and coaching centres
  • Ability to conduct consumer insights and translate findings into actionable strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to internal company processes and compliances.

 

Requirements

  • Student & Customer Orientation: Ability to engage with customers professionally and be a true representative of the brand
  • Demonstrated success in sales or revenue roles, with a proven track record of achieving targets
  • Strong aptitude and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data effectively.
  • Must have strong counselling, communication and sales persuasion skills
  • Excel in networking, presentation skills and public speaking
  • Fluency in English and Local language
  • Comfortable with travelling and flexible approach to working hours
  • Demonstrated sales revenue generation/growth delivered examples.

 

Qualification

  • B.Tech/MBA from top-tier colleges, and a seasoned sales leader with 8 plus years of post-qualification experience
  • 2+ years of team management experience
  • Prior experience in counselling in education/career counselling or direct consumer sales is preferred.
