At Allen, we help students prepare for medical and engineering entrance exams such as the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET), JEE Entrance Examination (JEE Mains & Advanced), and school/board exams, including Olympiads, NTSE, etc.
Role
The Admission Officer for Allen Online provides tailored consultations to students and parents, identifying their educational needs to enhance academic outcomes. This role focuses on building relationships and offering solutions that effectively support students in achieving their academic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute towards revenue generation by working on enrolments and sales targets
- Converting new/ qualified leads into successful admissions, achieving the assigned sales target
- Provide a delightful student and parent experience while going for home visits to counsel and close admissions
- Generate leads and admissions by conducting ground activations through workshops and seminars in schools, residential societies, etc.
- Attend regular training sessions on product, counselling and sales skills to achieve and exceed defined targets
- Develop new business opportunities to meet targets by liaising with school administration, tuition teachers and coaching centres
- Ensure adherence to internal processes and compliances.
Requirements:
- Ability to engage with students and parents in an empathic, patient and professional manner
- Must have strong counselling and sales persuasion skills
- Excel in networking, presentation skills and public speaking
- Fluency in English and Local language
- Comfortable with travelling
- Proficiency in drafting proposals; MS Office know-how and experience working on sales/CRM software
- Demonstrated sales revenue generation/growth delivered examples
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferably in BTech / MBA /Masters in Psychology, Education, etc.
- Prior experience in counselling in education/career counselling or direct consumer sales is preferred
