We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our growth team. You’ll be responsible for managing and optimizing paid campaigns across digital channels, with a focus on driving efficient acquisition and measurable business outcomes. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience running ads across Meta, Google, and other platforms, and a solid understanding of performance metrics.
Job Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube

Monitor and analyze campaign performance and drive data-led decisions

Build and test ad creatives, audience segments, and targeting strategies in collaboration with content and design teams

Own daily budget pacing, bid strategies, and funnel optimization

Report on performance with actionable insights and campaign learnings

Stay updated on platform changes, tools, and best practices

Collaborate with category, product, design, analytics teams to align on overall growth strategy
What we are looking for:

1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (preferably in an agency)

Strong understanding of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads Manager

Experience with A/B testing, conversion tracking, and analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Google Tag Manager, etc.)

Comfortable managing monthly ad budgets and performance targets

Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills

Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, outcome-driven setup

Bonus: Experience with edtech, lead-gen funnels.
