About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Operations Specialist (Contractual) to bring our digital products to life at ALLEN’s offline centers. You’ll be the crucial link between product development and on-ground implementation—owning execution, adoption, training, stakeholder engagement, and feedback loops.
This is a contractual field-first role for someone who thrives in real-world environments, takes ownership of outcomes, and enjoys solving problems hands-on.
Key Responsibilities
Product Rollout & Adoption

Drive product adoption and usage aligned with key metrics

Act as the on-ground representative of the product team—educating and empowering users
Training & Enablement
-
Onboard and train admin staff on tools and operational workflows

Train and support faculty on learning and practice features
Execution & Coordination
-
Execute operational tasks when needed
-
Collaborate with center heads and staff to troubleshoot and streamline workflows
-
Implement SOPs to ensure consistent execution across centers

Maintain clear communication with central product and ops teams
Feedback & Pilot Programs

Gather qualitative feedback from students, faculty, and staff

Run pilots for new features and initiatives
-
Suggest and implement improvements to scale product-led processes
Audits & Reporting

Conduct regular audits to ensure alignment with digital workflows

Track operational metrics, identify gaps, and drive resolution
Requirements
-
2–4 years in operations, field execution, or program management
-
Strong ownership mindset—hands-on, resourceful, and solution-driven

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
-
Quick learner, especially with tech tools and workflows

Proficient with G-Suite, Excel, and operational reporting

Willing to travel frequently across cities and centers
Nice to Have

Prior experience in EdTech, training, or support roles

Exposure to product tools, testing, or content management workflows
