Key Responsibilities:

Execute end-to-end brand campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.

Work closely with agencies to develop and implement creative and media strategies across digital and ATL platforms.

Collaborate with internal teams (product, sales, etc.) to drive integrated marketing campaigns.

Develop and optimize digital marketing efforts, including social media, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.

Support and manage ATL campaigns (TV, print, radio, OOH) to boost brand visibility.

Monitor performance metrics and optimize marketing activities to achieve KPIs.

Ensure efficient budget allocation for marketing initiatives, optimizing for maximum ROI.

Stay informed on industry trends and provide insights to drive innovation and growth.

Provide support in mentoring junior team members and contribute to building a high-performance marketing team.
Key Skills Required:
Experience Level: 6-8 years

Brand Management: Strong experience in executing brand strategies across digital and ATL channels.

Digital Marketing Expertise: Solid understanding of digital strategies, including social media, paid search, SEO, and SEM.

ATL Campaign Experience: Hands-on experience in managing ATL campaigns (TV, print, radio, OOH).
