Allen Digital is actively seeking a passionate Performance Marketing Manager with 3-6 years of experience, ready to embark on an immediate journey and join our dynamic team in Bangalore. In this role as an Individual Contributor (IC), you'll wield your expertise to drive results independently, shaping the future of digital marketing.
As a Performance Marketing Manager in the IC role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, optimizing and analyzing paid marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive sales and achieve revenue targets. This role demands a high level of market awareness, technical expertise, and analytical skills, with a focus on maximizing efficiency and scaling performance metrics.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies and campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
- Plan, manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms with expertise in Google Ads , Meta Ads (Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.)
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and customer needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in performance marketing to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Advertising is a must.
Qualification:
- Graduate in Marketing or related field with 3-6 years of work experience.
- Expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook Ads, Instagram), Google Ads / Google AdWords, YouTube, Telegram, LinkedIn etc.
- Expertise in Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Facebook Ad Manager.
- Experience in new age companies like EdTech, FinTech, etc. are preferred
