About the Role:
As a Recruiter Intern specializing in Engineering Hiring, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process for engineering roles, including Software Developer (Java, UI) and Data Scientist positions. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Job Postings: Create and place job postings on relevant platforms to attract top engineering talent.
- Candidate Coordination: Act as the primary contact for applicants, addressing their queries and guiding them through the recruitment process.
- Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring panels.
- Interview Participation: Assist in conducting initial screening interviews.
- Recruitment Events: Participate in company hiring events and other recruitment initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (completed or pursuing), preferably in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer applications (e.g., MS Office Suite, applicant tracking systems).
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Learning Orientation: A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
