Functional Objective: This position is to drive revenue for various LoBs using inbound marketing channels and to drive depth of ALLEN app penetration among freemium and subscribed users

Education:

·       Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Marketing Communications)

·       Preferred Post Graduate Degree or equivalent in Marketing Communications/Operations

Experience:

·       Minimum 5 years of overall experience in marketing

·       At least 3 years of dedicated experience in CRM function

·       Proven experience in database management, CRM GTM planning, marketing automation for B2C/D2C products (preferred in Indian Edtech)

Skills:

·       Content Lifecycle Management (copywriting, copyediting, proofreading, etc.)

·       Expertise in CRM tools/marketing automation platforms (preferably Clevertap, MoEngage, WebEngage, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud)

·       Strong operations management experience, with a proven ability to manage content and campaign operations for CRM.

·       Basic aptitude of CRM backend, martech stack integration and database management

·       Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.

·       Data-driven mindset, with experience in campaign analysis and optimization.

·       Collaborative, team-oriented approach with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

·       Oversee the timely production of engaging content for all CRM channels, ensuring that each message reflects ALLEN brand voice and values.

·       Develop, implement, and optimize CRM campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS, driving user engagement, retention, nurturing, and reactivation.

·       Collaborate with product marketing, product development, sales, data analytics, and customer support teams to align CRM efforts with overall business objectives and customer needs.

·       Discovery, implementation and customization of martech tools to design, configure, and scale up CRM initiatives to align with business needs for online coaching programs.

·       Create and execute SOPs and GTM plans to optimize processes, workflows, and reporting for activating seasonal and year-round lead nurturing, lead reactivation, reengagement and product adoption initiatives.

·       Own data integrity, ensuring accurate and up-to-date user attributes pipeline with marketing automation tools to ensure business continuity, experimentation and scalability of CRM function.

·       Develop and maintain robust reporting capabilities within CRM Marketing. Provide insights and recommendations based on campaign and automated journeys data to drive sales performance and strategic decision-making.

·       Drive revenue contribution of CRM function to minimize blended CAC and own considerable portion of contribution margin for the ALLEN Online Programs business.
